









KCS pitched for the operation of Boston's commuter train service. We conducted market research, benchmarks, and generated new ideas of service to improve the customer experience without occurring large investments, notably through leveraging mobile technologies.

String Theory was commissioned by LSTRNA to bring a fresh perspective on the travelers' experience at Toronto Pearson Airport. In-depth analysis of the customer path led to a new experience leveraging retail and services. This work was used to feed the New relay Concept that was built in 2015.

MGallery is a collection of unique hotels with characters. We worked with their advertising agency to analyze current trends in travel and encapsulate their uniqueness into a positioning that would work across various markets and properties. We also provided guidance on how to convey the brand online and through PR.

The Kanoo Group and SNCF Gares & Connexions teamed up to bid for the management of SAR (Saudi Arabian Railways) stations on the North-South line. String Theory is contributing through project and content management, as well as helping build the local image of the consortium through targeted B2B actions.

We provided help to Keolis to help them in their pitch for the West Coast Line in the UK. This included a fresh thinking about how a medium-speed rail network should operate to better serve the needs of the London-Manchester mega-region, and how this could translate into customer services, including of course mobile technologies.

Ouigo is the first low-cost high-speed train service. It was successfully launched by SNCF in 2012. We worked jointly with the project team to establish a brand proposition that would perfectly reflect the nature of the service, and encourage people to co-produce their trip in order to pay less.

DesertXPress (now XPressWest) is a high-speed train project that links Victorville/L.A. and Las Vegas. We worked with the project promoters to design a customer experience, from the first brand touch point to the last one, and a brand proposition that will sublimate a short stay in Las Vegas.

TaxiSeguro is a start-up that offers a secured system of ground transport reservation, and other forms of travel assistance, to maximize the safety of business travelers abroad. We developed their brand proposition, and the content and architecture of their website.
