ALTO was selected by the Canadian Federal Government to Design, Build, Operate and Maintain the future Québec/Montréal/Ottawa/Toronto hit speed train. We worked with the Commercial Team to create a future-friendly commercial and experiential platform, as well as the bid storytelling.

RKH is a consortium of three companies — RATP Dev, Keolis, and Hamad Group — in charge of operating Doha metro and tram. We supported the Facility Management section of bid (about half of the overall value) by coordinating the efforts of various Specialists and Partners.

SNCF America represents SNCF in the USA, and seeks to establish itself as a potential partner and operator for HSR projects, notably in California. We helped SNCF preparing their contribution to the 2009 RFEI for HSR projects (commercial strategy, customer service strategy). In 2011, we set up a work relationship between SNCF and the University of California, Berkeley to cross-fertilize practitioner and academic knowledge on one hand, and grow SNCF's understanding of California on the other hand.

The Al-Rahji Consurtium was one of the finalists for the Mecca to Medina high-speed rail project. We provided the consortium with market insights (including desk research and field research with TNS-Sofres), and an analysis of the political context of the project.

The French and Indian Governments commissioned Indian and French National Railways to conduct a study about a high-speed rail link between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. We assisted the team in the initial phase of the project to define three possible scenarios, each of them geared towards different policy objectives. We conducted field research with thought leaders in India (academics, think-tanks, World Bank, etc.) and facilitated sessions with the entire team to translate policy objectives into technical and financial design.

AFD, the French agency for development, together with the Sri Lankan, tendered out a feasibility study for a multimodal hub in Pettah, Colombo, to be followed by project design.
We first led the preparation of the consortium response to the bid, which we won. Then, we took care of several aspects of the mission, including stakeholder engagement strategy and communications, and analysis of impact on the formal and informal retail sector around the hub.
